I help leaders decode themselves first.
Founder of MindShift Training & Consulting. Certified DISC Analyst & Trainer. Someone who learned leadership the hard way — and built a whole practice around making that easier for you.
I didn't start out wanting to be a trainer.
I spent years in operations and leadership roles, watching the same pattern play out over and over: smart, capable people getting promoted into leadership — and then quietly struggling. Not because they lacked skill, but because no one had ever taught them how to understand themselves, let alone the people they were now responsible for.
I was one of them. I learned the hard way that being a good employee and being a good leader are two completely different skill sets — and that most of leadership actually starts with self-awareness, not authority.
That's what led me to DISC. It gave me language for things I'd only ever felt — why certain people clashed, why some feedback landed and some didn't, why I reacted the way I did under pressure. Once I understood my own wiring, leading other people stopped feeling like guesswork.
Today, that's exactly what I help leaders, managers, and supervisors do — decode themselves first, then use that clarity to lead with more confidence and a lot less friction.
Who I help. What I do. Why it matters.
Leaders, managers, supervisors, and aspiring leaders — usually people who are great at their jobs but new to leading other people.
I run DISC-based leadership training — through online courses and in-person sessions — that turns personality insight into everyday leadership tools.
Because clarity changes everything. When leaders understand themselves and their teams, work gets calmer and people actually want to follow them.
